Lanturn, definitely. He's cute, versatile, and most excellent. My female was part of my silver Brave symbol team.

Raikou is the coolest and best. Ampharos comes in second.

I choose Raikou. It's known best for electric attacks (Crunch and Thunder). Not to mention that it's the coolest pokemon in my book.

Electabuzz and Lanturn. They win at both looks and usability in battle.

Zapdos is my fave pokemon (note that I didn't say electric). It gets Metal Sound and BP in XD and a cool type combo which totally destroys Gyarados, which other electrics have problems switching into due to Earthquake. It is almost unstoppable Baton Passer and is extremely dangerous with Metal Sound

Mmm, Raikou...He's just too damn cool for his own good, and he's my favorite legendary catdog. I like Ampharos, Jolteon, and Manectric also.

Electabuzz with Thunderbolt, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, and Psychic has busted me out of many a tough situation.

Jolteon, Ampharos and Electabuzz are my favorites. Jolteon because it's fast as hell, has an awesome design, and packs quite a punch. Shame for the horrid Movepool, though.

Ampharos is very cute, but it's not weak at all. It's also an exception in the Electric realm for its half-decent Defenses and HP, and for being quite slow.

Electabuzz has excellent power, and even decent Attack. Its Movepool is also tops in the Electric world. Plus, it looks very cool and wicked. Almost as pimptastic as Magmar.

My favourite electric Pokemons are Pikachu/Raichu, Jolteon, Manectric, Zapdos and Minun.

I've always liked legends better, because they're one of a kind. I was gonna vote Jolteon/Ampharos though because they're pretty strong too.

I don't like Electric Pokemon, but Mareep, Flaafy, and Ampharos are by far my favourites. I also like Chinchou/Lanturn and Raikou.
All other Electrics I either despise or don't care about.
I see the Legendaries are leading. Once again, an innocent poll becomes a watering hole for n00bs and degenarates.
