SP. No contest. Very portable, cheap enough, built-in light, OK design, foldable, and more. About the only con was the lack of phone port, but that's rather negligible.

Then would be the Micro. Good overall, but I don't like the fact it can't play old GB Games and hasn't got built-in Link ports either. The original GBA had the most traditional and the easiest to get used to design, but the lack of built-in light kills it badly. And it also lacked rechargeable battery...

Micro, even more protable, i like the lighter light to, and i like the size, mkes the pixles in the screen come together too, so it looks better, nice face plats too, i also have an SP but i like the Micro better., and i don't know about the guy abouve me, but the Micro does have a rechargeable battery, its too small to play old games, and it would get all screwy since it makes the pixles go closer together, your going to have to by a gba link cable a link cble adapter and a micro link cable to link, or just get a micro wireless thing and a gba wierless thing., and it hase an easy headphone jack, unlike the sp, you have to buy an adapter for headphones for the sp.

The SP ftw. It is like a thin game boy. It has light up screen and can play the gameboy games. =D It just rocks.

The SP is the best.Second is..dare i say..the origanal.And last and DEFENENTALLY the least the micro that was a HUGE waste of time and money.Just go get a DS.(I'll get bashed)

(everybody goes against what i say<_<) anyways, i was woundering, how much do you think a Gbm would be worth if i still had all the pakaging and booklets it was a in good shape with just a little tiny dent in the corner and no glitches or anything and all the face plats were good and i still had the face plate chnger, pouch and recharger?

Having not actually seen a Micro IRL I can't really compare too well. But I think I'd go for the SP, just for the fold design :/.

Why?

-It has a backlit screen
-It's a clamshell design, so the screen is protected
-It has a long lasting battery life via Lithium Ion rechargeable battery
