Flareon for me. I'm aware its probably the worst of the 3 in game but I've always been a fan given that to me it looks the most similar to Eevee given the fur. It was also the one I used back in gen 1 games (given my starter was Blastoise so it was one of my main fire options) so probably some bias there.
