Koga, because he is a ninja.
And Sabrina, because Psychic is one of my favourite types.

Misty! XD Bubblebeam seemed to be a lot more powerful attack in the old days for some reason. Also Sabrina & Erika, they're cool too. I don't really like any of the other leaders that much.

I would also have to say Misty is my favorite gym leader and also favorite character in the anime but I personally like her appearance in the anime more than in most of the games.
