I hate jumping into the bandwagon; however, I will also say Volkner. He was probably one of the few Gym Leaders who appealed to me in design and character from DPPt.

Roark, Maylene and Fantina. Roark because is cute and hawt, Maylene because it is nice to see a female specialist on Fighting-Type Pokémon and I like her design and lastly, Fantina because I love her clothes and Ghost-Type Pokémon. <3

And... Volkner was the worst. :/ I dislike arrogant characters :')

Volkner, becuase Electric is one of my fav types, he used some of my favs: Raichu, Luxray, and a Jolteon in Platinum and he's just so chilled and cool!

I'm only here for Candice and Volkner these days. I used to love Roark, but after seeing how boring he was in the anime, I lost interest in him. I've never cared for Crasher Wake or Fantina; their designs are just a little too excessive in my opinion. The other Sinnoh Gym Leaders are just fine.

Volkner. I like the interactions between him & Flint and that he was perceived as such a tough gym leader because of how he said all previous challengers were easy. I also really love the double battle in Pt!

Candace, I suppose. To be honest since none of them use my favorite types (Fire, Dark, Dragon) and their designs aren't exactly the most interesting I don't have a specific favorite, but I do like Candice the most.
