Pretty simple, but not too bad Maybe try having some scenery behind it?

thanks ive been trying to make a moving background but not much luck so im going to change it later on make it look nicer

Well, one thing you can do is lighten the blue behind Fuwante. Right now, it looks like water, especially with the white swirls looking like waves.

(Also, if you want to make it look like some REALLY strong winds, you can have Fuwante's head pointing at a lower angle and looking up. That way, it looks like he's trying to keep the wind out of his eyes.)
