Anybody who wants find Fawful Read On....
Once you are in the underground (to get there, go to the northwest corner room of the first floor of Peach's Castle in the Present Time. It is a room in a courtyard with high ledges and a time warp hole to the very east on a ledge. Then, head south a screen and hug the west wall while going down to find a wheel thing in a machine. Do a Bros. Ball (where they are in a ball form) and roll and keep rolling into it for a blue warp pipe to appear.
Grab the babies and head down, head east to the next screen then east to the easternmost screen. Ignoring the enemies, go south to where a vertical pipe is in front of you. Hop it, head east, hit the "?" Block, and hop another. Head east some more and hop ON the third vertical pipe. Follow it to the end and drop down to land on land in front of the gate in front of the pipe. BTW, this is the only area with the full pipe in front of it. In English, it is the only vertical pipe with land lower than the rest of the area in front of it. The final tip is to find the easternmost "?" Block and head south to drop down to lower land.
Anyway, once you are here, use Baby Drill to go under the gate to enter the pipe. Submerge and head north, turn west at the curve, and at the first intersection, go north and turn west at the first pipeline you find. Go west to a second interjection, go north till you curve east, and then go east till you find an area with a carpet with a smile. Head north into it and press "X" at the counter to meet Fawful!
