Um...I don't know if I shaded him in correctly...it's my first time cel-shading using the 'Pen' tool on Photoshop. He *is* supposed to be looking up if you know what I mean. Couldn't help myself with the holo background though, I love illustrating for TCG cards :). Here's another cel-shaded picture:

The cel-shading for this pic is less neat 'cos the shading was done in with the paintbrush instead :p. Anyway, the person vaguely resembles the rival in Gold/Silver.

Pretty good. The shading is nice, but there could be more than one shade color. The second one just seems kind of flat.
