Hoard wild Pokémon feature
Transfer OR/AS pokeblock/special berries and be able to trade them since they are programmed to grow and are usable. That includes via wondertrade

The PokéRadar and Dexnav. Alola's Pokémon variety is very bland imo, which Island Scan doesn't do much to alleviate.

A walking Pokemon feature like in HG/SS would've been nice, as well as horde encounters and perhaps Pokemon outbreaks. I never really got the hype for customization, so I wouldn't have minded if that had been excluded for the sake of the aforementioned features.
