I would not have minded goh getting one if we got to see it more. With ash you know its going to get some focus. With goh there is literally no guarantee when or if we ll see it again.

I don’t think any of them are getting caught since they are going to be the reason that Chloe gets lost. Once she gets her bag back she will run into Ponyta and Rapidash.

Shadow Ball would be cool. I don't recall seeing an Eevee use it since May's did, plus it can be learned via the use of a TR, so it's an acceptable option.

I think it would be neat if they used Eevee's mimicking habit to have her learn a move from one of Ash's Pokemon or Goh's Pokemon. For example, it could learn Shadow Ball from Gengar or Iron Tail from Pikachu.
