Feebas Help!

I finally found a Feebas. I fed it blue and indigo blocks until its beauty is at the max, in fact it won't eat any more pokeblocks -- there is a circle of stars around him in the Pokenav -- I leveled him up twice now and he's still a feebas. Am I doing something wrong? Help!

You have to use gold pokeblocks that are high in Beauty. Just wait for the Master in the contest hall(watch tv) and bring Chesto Berries(I think 7). I have a Lv.6 Milotic! It beat the beauty contest all the way to the last one and had over 180 special attack at Lv.50.

Hmm.....How strange. No matter what, my Feebas evolves with the maxed out beauty contition. Are you sure that it is maxed out beauty? Double check everything. If not, then.....its just your game.

You need not feed it Gold pokeblocks to make it evolve; did every single pokeblock that you fed it boost beauty? If you're sure that it's beauty is maxxed out and it still won't evolve than I suggest you breed anoth feebas and try again.

If it won't eat anymore pokeblocks and doesn't evolve, that means you'll have to get another one. Blue and indigo pokeblocks aren't the best things to feed it, 'cause their level thingy (I forgot what it is called) isn't that high. (Only like 10 or something) I would reccomend using different berries such as kelpsey berries, when the berry master dude is in the contest house. (Though i think he only appears on emerald.) If you don't have emerald, just use berries that don't do anything (Ones that have the description saying "Plant in loamy soil to grow *Insert name here*")
they usually make better pokeblocks than ones like chesto berries and the like.

Oh yeah, make sure you only give feebas pokeblocks that are dry because dry raises the beauty stat.

For Beauty, you need dry flavored berries. Sour is for Tough, if I'm not mistaken.
