Feebas trouble!

Hey people :)
So I eventually want a milotic...... and I found the only way to do this on Diamond is the lake in Mt. Coronet

So I did the whole lake with a good rod, with no prevail
I'm just wondering if anyone has a feebas they could send me? pleassse I have spent days doing this over and over and I don't see any other option....
Any help would be reallllly appreciated!
