Is there any Female&Male % chance in Pokemon Colusseum i need a female togetic...if i start over can i get one by soft resetin or somethin

The chances of getting a female or male for any given species is the same as in the other games. Soft reset all you must to get the female Togetic.

There's a high chance of getting a male Togetic. Keep trying until you get a female one
