Female version of Lawrence III/Jirarudan

This was drawn as a response to a comment from a friend, whichg went something like "I wonder what Lawrence III would look like as a woman-you are going to HAVE to draw that!"

As I owed the friend a favour and was intrigued and had some ideas on that, I went ahead and drew it. Here is the result.

Comments and critique, please? I know my shading sucks, so there is none, but any suggestiuons or advice on ANY aspect of the art would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Wong-chan came up with the idea of oppisite gender versions now you are doing some personally it looks like Lawrence with make up and hair extensions and the trench coat need to be more feminine but I like the lines and the coloring its very neatly done

Wow. Thanks for helping that person with such specific poitns of advice, Captain Obvious. Your work here is done; the day is saved.
Hands need a LOT of work, and she looks either like an older woman, or a man in drag. The coloring would look a lot better in digital media (Photoshop, GIMP, et. al). The proportions don't seem to match up too well, and I've never seen anyone stand with their feet like that. Ever. It also needs a lot of shading to keep it from looking far too flat. The chin is way too chiseled; make it a bit less angular and more pointed, and it'll look instantly better, with just that.
See, Ratiosu? This is how big people critique. Go play Tee-ball, or something.

Very interesting. The pose looks auckward, though.

The drawing is decent, but the pose is quite off.
First, the eyes look almost scary, you need to have pupils in there. Then there's the breasts. You need to give them more shade, rather than a simple outline. The way you're drawn them, it makes it look like Lawrence merely has a big ribcage. The feet are weird as well. I mean, the feet aren't going to be pointed in completely different directions...is that even humanly possible? *tries it* Well, it is, but it's not very comfortable!

Good effort, though.

A full-frontal pose is really awkward to draw. Also, the placement of the feet looks painful, and the eyes seem a little high on the face.

That aside, I'm amazed that people remember Lawrence III.

*LMAO* xD NO WAY xD. I'm so sorry but it looks like the Lawrence himself is dressed like some drag-queen xDD. A bit of make up and new pair of shoes, a lil bit stuff there, and voila! xD.

More detail and delve deeper into it, I suggest =.

Thanks first to all who responded. Now to the critique...

Thanks!

I've drawn some hands I like, but usually flat-on.....I need to practice side-on hands I know I SUCK at them.

Feet: Yeah, something else I need to work on-drawing feet as viewed front-on.

Eyes- *looks though all full-face screencaps she's taken of him from the movie* My god, I never noticed that before-he DOES have pupils-just below the white reflective bit on his eyes, I never saw that before! Thank you! this will help ALL my pics-most of my anime-style characters don't have pupils and do need them.

Face shape: In the pics I have, his chin and jaw do look extremely sharp and so I just copied that. I want to try and keep it looking like him so I thought to keep the spikey hairstyle on top and the face shape, though perhaps I need to slim the face some.

Hair: See above, but I do need to make the long bit look more like a part of the hair and not like some pin on extension, I agree totally.

Chest: yep, again I need to stop being lazy and PRACTICE my shading so I can do it. I can put a little triangle of shade at the base and will practice drawing shade cast by breasts. Thanks for this observation.

Thank you all-watch this space for when I m,anage to draw and put up the improved version.

*hugs all*

K, I'll send it to you by PM. One of these days I'll go to my friend's place and scan it there. I don't own a scanner myself, yet >>;;.
