Ok, first of all, please excuse the crappy name, I know how poor it is D=. Second, this RPG will contain violence, possibly gore and elements of horror. I'm not usually this dark, but theres a first for everything I suppose.
Ilex Forest, one of the largest, most illustrious woodlands ever to bless the region of Johto with its dominating canopies and abundant wildlife; so widely traveled and revered that its own forest paths have been worn into existence over the course of time. Its domineering, evergreen fir trees stand tall and sturdy, and stretch for miles around – unruffled and untouched by the human hand and its destructive intentions. For Ilex forest is protected.
Of course, its name would mean nothing if were not for one vital aspect – Celebi’s shrine. Not only has Ilex been used as a shortcut through to the neighboring cities of Azalea and Goldenrod, but, in the past, it became quite the tourist attraction simply due to its custody of the shrine, and the magic that surrounds it – an aura widely believed to proliferate throughout the whole forest. This shrine has become a place of worship in many situations, an origin from which it has been reported possible to summon the time-traveler Celebi itself.
But of course, this is not only in the case of humans. Pokemon far and wide, of species of enormous diversity, make pilgrimages to the shrine as a place to pay respects to the legend. It is very rare for humans to get too close to the shrine for this reason – for the Pokemon who value the presence of Celebi often prevent the unclean hands of the humans to approach within a certain radius – forever standing guard loyally and with a sacrificial dedication.
Only those Celebi knows as worthy may approach, and this is usually Trainers of impressive abilities and talent. A notable quality that comes rarely to the forest…
The shrine has become more and more safeguarded as time has progressed, and less and less of the human race have found it possible to even catch a glimpse of the shrine before being driven away by its forest defenders. Slowly but surely, the shrine of Celebi is becoming something of a legend, a myth, a story passed down through the generations intended for entertainment. But there are those, witnesses that still exist, and are certain of its existence in the world.
You are a Pokemon Trainer of immense talent, and you’ve recently made a decision to participate in a tournament, a mysterious tournament intended only for the most talented trainers of the land. Not necessarily the strongest, however, but those whose relationships with Pokemon and tactics have caused reputations to precede them. You have emerged victorious, and your prize – a once-in-a-lifetime trip to witness the shrine of Celebi itself, the legend you’ve always disregarded in the past.
You, along with nine others, have been specifically chosen by the feral legend, a past Gym Leader and Elite Four candidate Kobe Kyrobe, to join a group of Forest Rangers and Trainers of similar talent, and venture into Ilex Forest where you will finally glimpse the Shrine of Celebi. This is undoubtedly a unique opportunity, and one you are advised and compelled to take.
You can only hope that everything goes according to plan.

Name: Your characters name - anything you like of course. Creativity is always a bonus.
Age: 13-23. You're highly talented, this doesn't mean you're old. If you feel like you can better control a tenager than an adult, go ahead and do so.
Gender: Yeah.
Description: Describe your character. You can make them look however you like, but you'll get extra points for unique characters - jeans and t-shirts for example is advised against, there are other clothes in the world. Remember to say how your character would be percieved when first looked-upon.
Personality: Again, extra points for originality. Believe me, diversity in the characters will make this RPG a whole lot more interesting.
Specialisation: Just a short piece on what your character does best in in terms of Pokemon Training. For example, is his/her team known for their strength? Or perhaps the relationship between the trainer and the pokemon is unmatched? Perhaps you specialise in leading and controlling your Pokemon. Think about what you put down - you'll be struggling to survive, so your skills will have to prove useful.
Pokemon Team: You've been allowed one Pokemon to take with you on this experience. Any Pokemon you like, except legendaries of course. Again, think about how your Pokemon will help you to survive within a forest. I will tell you if I think your Pokemon is innapropriate. Make sure to inform me of your Pokemon's name, gender, any odd bits I should know about, and species. Although its not a requirement, you can include history/personality/description/other. This will earn you extra points of course, and it will obviously define your Pokemon a lot more.
Most Recent RPG Post: When I say most recent, I mean your most recent post, not your best RPG post. I want to see how you RPG normally. Just copy and paste it here. If you haven't got an RPG post, however, then write something under these circumstances: A wild Pokemon battle which you lose in.

A Brief Synopsis of 'Feral Forest'
This RPG takes place, believe it or not, in a forest filled with feral, wild and vicious Pokemon, unsympathetic towards the wellbeing of trespassers and violators of the forest. Although the RPG starts off differently, you'll find that teamwork, certain skills and bravery is required for survival.
This is not a happy camping trip...

OKAY. First ever RPG here, so I'm inexperienced at this thing. I'm using what I've seen to construct this RPG, and I'm also recieving aid incase I slip up anywhere.
Right, as you've seen, you are a Trainer, a very talented trainer, not neccesarily in battle strength - you can be talented in any way you choose. Basically, you've been chosen as 'worthy' to lay eyes upon the shrine of Celebi, so do with that what you will.
Kobe Kyrobe, otherwise considered the King of the Forest, has handpicked you for this trip, and it is rumoured that he has seen and even shares a relationship with Celebi - so you can be sure that you're a legitimte choice.
Information on creating your character is displayed below:

I will allow eight sign ups, although there are ten trainers altogther. The ramaining two are my NPCs, which I'll use for certain situations, perhaps as plot devices. Also, if one or two of you leave the RPG at some point, I will offer one of my NPCs to a person willing to join, so that we dont lose our numbers.
When we begin, we will have just departed for Ilex forest, so you're near the entrance. You are being led by three Forest Rangers, all able to see the shrine also. Your first posts will be you getting to know one-another, because thats important in this RPG. Unless of course, your character is one who doesnt communicate.
Remember, without spoiling the plot, you will not just be travelling to Celebi's shrine, but there will come a point where you struggle for survival in a group, facing the wrath of the Forest.
I'll list my NPCs below as I write them, and put them under spoiler. You dont have to read them of course. Ok, hope you enjoy this. >.>.

Name: Alban Baris
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Description: Unnaturally tall and thin, Alban Baris towers like a giant above most people of his age, this best illustrated as he moves – slowly, with lengthy arms hanging lazily at his sides and swinging sluggishly in alternation with his spindly legs. His posture is often slouched, which causes the greasy, shoulder-length dirty blond hair that adorns his head, to hang limply over his cheeks and partially conceal his ears, as only the tips are visible poking through. His hair separates to reveal his face in the center, a typical teenage look for those with straighter and perhaps greasier hair than most, but his face’s complexion is surprisingly enviable.
He has fair skin that is unspoiled by pubescent pimples, with sharp, icy blue eyes that would seem to glow in the dark, given their brightness and rather malevolent appearance. His mouth is thin and commonly coiled into either a smile or a sneer, either one usually seen dancing across his face depending on his mood and the situation. He is gaunt, however, yet no bags hang from his eyes and his face is incredibly smooth and unwrinkled, save the small indents that appear whenever his grin widens.
His style, much like his hair, makes him appear exceptionally lethargic and callous, partly because his preferred colour is black. His clothes are usually leather, and a tight leather jacket rarely doffs his torso – even if there was a rise in heat, Alban would remove the shirts underneath before removing his jacket – which are usually long-sleeved and darkly coloured, preferably maroon. His trousers follow similar suit, leather in material and tightly clasped around his legs.
Personality: Alban is uncaring and dreadfully unsympathetic towards anyone he meets, including friends and family. He is the epitome selfishness in a man, and he cares not. As far as he’s concerned, he’s living for himself, and he doesn’t care in the slightest about the lives and feelings of others.
Although he is antisocial, he doesn’t openly express it unless a matter has been placed upon him, at which point he’ll use his domineering stature and incredibly malicious appearance to win things over his way, to get what he wants out of the situation. He also finds amusement in the discomfort of others, often laughing at misfortune or bringing it upon them himself. He doesn’t care in the end, as he knows that his exterior makes him untouchable; and it’s not just an image, he can throw a pretty decent punch.
However, when in company, he’ll remain quiet and keep to himself, insulting those around him in his mind rather than out loud. He will be sneaky, though, when it comes to acts of offense, a trait he’s picked up from his Sneasel.
Specialization: Much like his own persona, Alban is particularly good at inducing fear and creating the illusion that he is far stronger than he really is. He’s particularly fond of sneak attacks, and will take any opportunity, however low, to sway something his way.
Pokemon Team:
Tyrant the Sneasel
Personality: Ever since an early age, Tyrant has been the rebellious, mischievous and callous sneak that he is today. Using his talent for stealth only for pleasure and the pleasure of his master, Tyrant will care not if he causes any kind of hurt to others, as long as it entertains him.
He socializes very little, but acts cold and distant to those he does communicate with, including his master. He is void of sympathy, and would rather worsen someone’s state that improve it.

Name: Lily Wilde
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Description: The auburn hair that adorns her head and gracefully falls to her waist blends well with her deep tan skin. Always decorated with some kind of pink hair-clip or ribbon, Lily prides herself on her hair and would rather spend an hour checking it was presentable enough than train, for instance. Glossy to the point of reflectivity, it is indeed a sight to behold, and she knows that. But this doesn’t mean that she pays little attention to the remainder of her exterior appearance, as her face is all that is needed to explain why she is drooled over by males of all kinds. Although little make-up decorates her, perhaps a little eye-liner and mascara, Lily’s face is indeed very beautiful, and naturally so. Dazzling brown eyes and juicy lips are but two of her most appealing features, but they all contribute to her overall beauty.
Lily’s attire contributes greatly to her appealing appearance to the male sex, as she does opt for the more girlish and stylish clothes usually obtained through her father. Pink and blue are her favoured colours, of all shades. Mostly, however, Lily does prefer to keep to a short denim skirt that halts just before her knees, displaying her smooth, alluring legs. A pink tank top covers her torso, which is slanted at the top, and has but one strap securing the top to her shoulder. It only partially reveals the uppermost of her bust, but reveals a little nonetheless. It is of course not without a little decoration lining the seams of the outfit, with small, flowery embellishments dotted around both the skirt and top.
Lily’s body is of course an enviable asset of hers, curvaceous and slender, and of course, very tanned. She flaunts everything she has, as she’s learned through sheer experience that nothing but good is a consequence of doing so. She walks with a wiggle, and wears perfumes of extortionate prices, all with the intention of driving the men crazy.
Personality: Although blessed with the wealth and beauty of a typical spoiled, stuck-up daddy’s girl, Lily is far from the stereotypical. Her nature is more withdrawn than you’d first expect, what with her eye-catching and heart-throbbing exterior, and Lily likes to keep herself to herself – but does appreciate admiration from those around her. She isn’t fond of being ignored completely, and would rather have all eyes on her rather than receiving no attention at all, but she doesn’t openly and constantly express herself for the purpose of attention.
She appreciates her looks, and uses them, in certain situations, to get things her way, not to mention her ability to be choosy over whom she has a liking for. Her knowledge of her beauty does not, however, mean that she is vain, and Lily does attempt to steer clear of the sin altogether. She finds flaws in herself just as everyone does, but those flaws are not easily spotted by those who first glimpse her.
Her social qualities portray Lily to be lively, loud young girl, with a girlish aura that often proves to be an alluring asset. But she is strong, certainly strong enough to assert herself when threatened, and she holds a bravery that can only prove useful during dire situations. Don’t let her magnetism deceive you.
Call her a Mary-Sue, she’ll only thank you for it.
Specialisation: Charisma, of course. Yet if she can’t use her looks to sway a battle in her favour, her tactics involve a lot of hard-hitting, swift offensive strikes. She aims for power, and when incorporated with speed, the power that she can pack often wins her a battle with one move. Of course, this is mostly down to her Pokemon’s natural experience in such tactics, but her participation and talent in battle is what brought her to this point.
Pokemon Team:
Hiro the Scizor
Personality: Whereas Lily’s personality contrasts her stereotype, Hiro makes up for the vanity, and stuck-up personality that Lily manages to prevent. His egotistical and self-absorbed ways causes his confidence to escalate in many situations, but this doesn’t make him a very sociable person. He loves himself too much to mingle with anyone else.
Hiro only respects Lily, and he thrives on the jealousy expressed by those who can’t get near to her for various reasons involving her protective father, and if its this satisfaction and of course his well-cared condition that battling for Lily grants him, then Hiro is completely wiling to do his utmost in every battle – which is pretty impressive.
