the artsmanship is ok....
the chibi style (i guess it's chibi...) is kinda awkward seeming. the main guy (the one in the middle) has no neck and the arms are WAY too short. arms reach mid-thigh and his don't even hit the waist. the hands are lacking as well, but hands are pretty hard, so that'll just take practice.
i suggest looking either at a chibi refrence (if you're trying to go down that route) or just other drawings of people, so you can understand anatomy better.
This is awful, not even worth taking up space on these forums. The style is horrible, if you were going for chibi then make it more chubby and cute. Its a truly hideous drawing, dont post stuff like this...
