We need to know a bit more about it, like how this happened and why it happened. This barely tells us anything about the story

From what I've gathered, it really is bad. I'm going to be honest. You could improve maybe by giving us more details. Your idea is unique... if you can pull it off, it would be great. But if you can't, it would be a disaster and wouldn't be taken seriously. Clowns... you can make them creepy, funny, or downright stupid. Try not to make it the latter.
