Fifth Wheel Pokemon

[Snazzy Snorlax]

Ever feel like a Pokemon was shoved into a game just for the hell of it? That's a Fifth Wheel Pokemon. I think that's what they did with Plusle and Minun. Like we need more Pikachus! So, which Pokemon do you think are totally unnecessary?

Pre-Evolutions with the exception of Wynaut and Tyrogue. 'Nuff said.

Spearow. Never liked Spearow. Or Fearow, for that matter.

It always seemed like they were trying to make it an evil Pidgey.

The baby Pokemon, like Orion said. Ditto as well... and Smeargle.

 

[Kabuto]

Ditto is very useful now for breeding. Smeargle has a unique movepool. Luvdisc is crammed in there though.

Babies... and anything that is almost useless.

Latias and Latios. I don't know why, but I'm aiming at that what I'm thinking is that there are too many legendaries in Hoenn.

Wow... these are all great. Except Ditto, Smeargle, and Spearow. I think those have places in the game and make it richer.

Ditto is very useful now for breeding. Smeargle has a unique movepool. Luvdisc is crammed in there though.

Well if there's no Luvdisc, they need to find another way to put unlimited heart scales, lol.

There's a lot Pokémons that is not needed, like Beautifly, Dustox, and others...

Bellossom, Politoed, and especially Slowking come to mind. They're all nearly identical to pre-existing Pokemon. Slowbro and Slowking swap Defense and Special Defense. Whoopdee doo! (Politoed is noticably different from Poliwrath with type and movepool, but still...)

-Bellossom is not needed since Vileplume is way cooler.
-Luvdisc is totally pointless.
-Cleffa and iggilypuff r the worst 2 pokemon eva! and there was not need 4 a pre evos there!
-Proygon 2 (maybe not sure?)
-Clampearl, huntail and gorebyss (since Clampearls evos looked far cooler and meaning ful 2 wat they actaully are.)
2 make the unpointless they should make Huntail a water/dark and make Gorebyss water/Psyhic.
(Mayb in d/p after all they changed maginmite 2 a steel type after the original games).
-Blissey is also pointless.

Nah, just kidding. The babies are pointless, and so is Wobuffet. And most bugs.

Some sucky ones like Aipom,Murkrow,Spinda,Mawile,all the babies,and Swablu/Altaria are all pretty pointless. Altaria's not that bad, but for a Dragon/Flying, you can do alot better.*coughSalamencecouch*

The Babies, Sunkern line and Luvdisc. All of them are just completely useless.

Basically all the really obvious pairs. I used to hate babies and thought they were useless but not any more 'cos I find it's a nice extra thing to have to do, to complete your pokedex in the games.
