I dont do EV training, or Hidden power, both to complicated and to boring and cant see the use for hidden power. I have LG but cant trade.

I have all 3 starters, but currnetly - need to re breed treecko and masrhtomp - both male, might have to re breed torchic, please do this for IN GAME USE, will do battle tower for Thunder punch thought, no help needed

I only suggest the moves... you never know, HP Flying or HP poison might do your swampert some good.

T Bolt has to be TMed, but Breeding is easier and cheaper.
Fire Punch you get from the Emerald move tutor in the Battle Frontier.
