Final Fantasy 3: DS

Just sat down and watched the trailer. It looks fantastic, and the movie clips are beutiful. But I know they can't do that in game. But the whole FF9 look for it looks fantastic!

Also, has anyone found out how the Wifi system works for it?

My guess is that up to 4 people with Final Fantasy III can gather to partake in a multiplayer mode, as they work together in battle, very much like in Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles.

To be honest, the only Final Fantasy games I've played are FF9 and Crystal Chronicals, but this looks BRILLIANT. I'm really getting into RPGs (thanks to tales of Symphonia) and it looks like I'm gonna fall in love with this game. I just need to see what the story and the battle system are like though...

Pretty cool! Although when I first saw the computer artwork a while ago it reminded me of Narnia a bit-its a group of four kids! (Artwork not screenshots) Can't wait for this game.

Don't expect that much in terms of story; it was originally a NES game. Nevertheless, it was pretty good for a NES game.

In the case of the battle system, it's turn-based. However, the job system adds a lot of depth to it.

They have re-written the story and improved the charcaters which was (supposed) to be weak 1st time around. The big thing is that unlike the other games FFIII was never released outside of Japan (FFVI took its place messing up the numbering system). So this is more like a 1st release than a remake (unlike 1+2,4,5,6 on GBA). It looks like the game is going to go alongside the likes of Metroid Prime Hunters and such for pushing and showing of the DS.

For the characters, you're correct. However, the story itself is going to be completely true to the original.

Wow, this game looks amazing for the DS. The graphics look incredible. I definitely want to get this game, if I get a DS that is.

Well, the ship in the trailer takes me back to FFIX, which was the only Final Fantasy I really got into. So, I will DEFINATLY be getting this one.

The graphics are supposed to be so good because for some of the scenes it's using both of the Graphics Processor on one screen instead of on 2. (I learned that on Nintendo Power)
