Finding Houndoom or houndour

Anybody know where i can get houndoom/houndour? Because I am trying to capture mewtwo in firered and i dont know what dark type pokemon to use. What is the best dark type pokemon in firered to use?

You can't get Houndour in FR, you can only get it in E.

Anyway, there are only 2 Dark-types you can get in FR: Sneasel (Icefall Cave) and Murkrow (Lost Cave). Sneasel's way better...
