Finding Latias

What are some of they ways to make Latias apper before you have it in the pokedex to use as a way to find it. I've been running around trying to get that thing to apper for hours! I know it randomly appers in areas but I really had a much more easer time finding Latios on my other game!!!!

How many times should I look in the grass before I soft rest?

You can also buy many Max Repels and walk through the grass. Latias could appear. I found fine on Route 120, by pure luck. Latios in my emerald version was found on the WATER.

search 3 times or buy max repels and search for like 15 seconds.

It appears absolutely randomely. I found my Latias in the rapids!
I fear you have to wait for it appears some time... Good luck!

For some reason I start from Littleroot Town and walk around the region until I find it. But sometimes I just don't even look for it and it appears. 8D
