Definitely need Seadall at minimum for future LHBs. The last one was pretty tight without the extra action option.

Behold. Attuned Heroes!


They give an extra skill slot with the Attuned Skill they carry only. They behave just like Rearmed Heroes during skill inheritance.

Binding World formas can have Attuned Skills and be recruited with them.

Seer's Snare heroes with Attuned Skills will have those skills turned on from the beginning, unlike the rest.

...also lol only mycen is the new hero of the banner and the only one who goes to the common pool

The GHB unit is Marla.

And thanks to the new quests, we get Hestia (blue infantry mage) as an insta-demote too

I still think there might be another unit somehow, just because I don't think either attuned fairy will be in the bonds

e: Oh no we're litterally getting both and no Hestia in the bonds. Wild

A missed opportunity to not have the sisters in the FB as they're one of the more interesting parts of Echoes that doesn't get touched on as much. I would've liked to have seen Sonya's reaction to having them around and learning more about them then just the small details we get from Sonya and their boss fights.

I'd rather bond with the zombies then the fairies.

Maybe, or at least that's what I'm hoping the plan is for Sonya's.

Hestia and Marla are basically the exact same character: older sister of Sonya sacrificed to Duma by their father. It's just that there's two of them. So I'm not miffed about it.

Seems they decided on bringing the sisters and a Sonya alt first, and didn't want to crowd the idea with more characters than needed. But that said, they coulda still made the two sisters free quest units for a change, and get Jedah in as the GHB, instead of having to wait for him now still.

Having seen the bonds I think they could have dumped Peony for Hestia and just had it be a Hestia & Marla bond, maybe interact with one of the other Sonyas while Sonya-Rearmed is off talking with Niime. Or just hang around the spooky evil forest we shove all the fallens into

The Peony bond is so nothing. Triandra has fun interactions with Plumeria, Tharja & Linhardt and comes to a small realization with herself. Peony's bonds are short & don't do much with the concept.
It's a bummer since I think Attuned Peony going around and being more aggressive about good dreams was a cute idea to parallel Triandra's bond.

Very surprised to see Veyle as a mythic, and the first Engage mythic (I figured they'd double dip on Lumera first, if not go straight for Sombron) at that


I am more surprised that the dark dragon lady with the dark magic tome that fires out big bursts of dark magic...is blue tome.

Veyle's likely blue so Blue Feud has a good target now. Scowl is an all-generic upside that you need one specific unit to counter directly, so assigning the drive version to a blue unit gives Blue Feud a reason to exist on comps.

That said, giving the dragon skill on a color type that the Falchion users can't interact with through Feud is pretty funny.

Don’t drop a ninja Zelgius on me now, FEH, lol. Gonna have to wait for DSR to complete him.

I am hoping for a grail Levail (Legrail) here though in that case. It’s probably the only time he’d ever get into FEH, and the “chivalrous” ninja fits him nicely.
