Ok i got this game a few days ago and i can't stop playing it. Right now i at chapter 13 and i have a few questions.

What does Skill mean?
What does the Arm's Scoll do?
How do you raise a unit's biorhythm?
And when a item says it will increase a unit's build what does that mean?
( the item is something Famg i don't remember)
If anyone can answer these it would help me alot.

I'm pretty sure skill dictates a unit's hit %.

If I remember correctly, the Arm's Scroll increases a unit's growth rate (not how fast they level up, but how much stat boost they get when they do level up).

Biorythm, unfortunately, cannot be raised by the player as far as I know, because it's pretty much random.

I don't remember the difference between build and constitution (it's different than in other FE games), but I think build has to do with being able to shove units, and rescue them.

I'm a pretty big FE nut, so I can help you out if you have any other questions.

The Arm's Scroll raises the skill level of the type of weapon that is currently equied. Say Soren has Thunder equipped and uses one, his skill for Thunder Element magic goes up from D to C.

Give the fangs to either Boyd or Largo and give them the Collesus skill it would increase their strength if there build is greater than the opponet. Arms scrools the weapons level for whatever weapon is equiped on the character you use it on. You can't really change biorhythm.

Skill is the ability to hit a target. Ike has high skill while Makalov has low skill when he starts out.
You cannot raise a units biorhythm if I do recall, but I think it goes up as a unit engages in combat more frequently.
The arms scroll raises a weapon level.
That item is called the Statue Frag. Give it to Volke =D

Hey, I have a question too. Which person do you have to talk to Devdan with? My brother's doing the thing where you get him. I'm guessing you use Astrid, since there's a chance they know each other. Am I right? If not, who do you use?

Rolf, Mist, Soren, Sothe, and I think Tormod works. Talk to him with any one of them and he should join. Nephenee > Devdan though :0

Whats the point in giving stratue frags to Volke build doesn't help him with anything.

I dunno... I had nobody else to give it to and my Boyd was screwed by RNG. Largo is NO. And I like Lethality. Therefore, I gave it to Volke :0

Another question. Is it possible to get Shinon back? I doubt it, he said he's not going back, but my brother wants me to ask anyway. If so, who do you talk to him with?

Yea you talk to Shinon with Rolf in Chapter 19 i think ( Its the first chapter that Ike is commander) but I had a problem, i talked to Shinion with Rolf but nothing happened he just said something, so I had no choice to kill him ( I wish i didn't thou) can someone tell me what i did wrong? oh and thanks for anwsering my question everyone!
