This is my electric and water team, but I can't seem to beet Groudon at all. He kills me. My friend's groudon's attack is 479 without swords dance:

Rash Nature (I don't have time to soft reset all day for the right nature and i caught this from XD so I couldn't do that anyway.)

Atk: 210
Def: 195
Sp. Atk: 350
Sp. Def: 182
Speed: 273

I hatched omanyte with Timid nature (training later)

Trying to get Spark or that thing that increases electric attacks for him

Vaporeon - dunno much here but you don't need both Surf and Hydro Pump, so just keep one. I don't know how necessary Rain Dance is here either..

If you go with Kyogre, you might want to go with Thunder over Tbolt on your electrics.

An electric and water team is nothing without Kyogre.

Zapdos is fine with Rash I suppose.......keep Drill Peck with Rash.

Vappy's a bulky water, which means she's designed to take attacks, especially physical ones.

Wish + Protect forms a makeshift Recover, Ice Beam handles grasses, Toxic for other waters. Wish is only obtainable via breeding with a Smeargle that Sketched Wish.

You need a physical attacker, so here's some options:

Gyarados@lefties
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Return / HP [Flying] <- if you're lucky enough to get a good one
- T-Wave

Kingdra@Liechi Berry
Lonely Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Endure
- Flail
- Hydro Pump

Needs a lot of prediction to use, but worth it. Flailing is an option for Gyara, but Kingdra does it better.

Suicune, Raikou, Milotic, Swampert, Lapras, Starmie, Ludicolo and Electabuzz are also options for a water / electric team.

I like Acid Armor and Baton Pass on Vaporeon. Or you could just keep all the Acid Armor'ed Defense for yourself so that you can take physical hits.

Its only fair that if your opponent uses an uber, that you use an uber too. It doesn't matter if you have both Zappy and Kyogre; Zappy is not an uber

Due the fact i excaly prefer Hidden Power [Flying]
But its hard to get ingame with Adamant
And if he wants PumpDoss he wants Lonely

More like Naughty for Hydro Pumping Gyara: you don't want to waste the sweet effects of Intimidate, would you? It's not really a good idea though, seeing Gyara needs a ton of Spec. Atk EVs for Hydro Pump to actually dent a physical wall.
