Earthquake In-Game on Snorlax unless you intend for Shadow Ball to beat Agatha...I like Fire Blast on Charizard best...

Tyranitar would like thunderbolt for those pesky water pokemon. Maybe get sleep talk on snorlax? If you could get aerial ace on tyranitar for the fighting pokemon who do 4x damage on him.

Maybe fire blast like kingdra said too. Overheat seems like more of a burden really, if you abuse it anyway.

useful comment. no his espeon couldnt sweep the entire 2nd elite 4. it is possible but that is with about 60 full restores.
