Raichu looked really good, but I know nothing about Deoxys. So wait for someone else. I really don't know what to do with Dewgong though. Encore could get the computer doing something stupid so you can Rest.

And I Can't remember but which kiss does the sleep?
Because that's the on I have.

Lovely Kiss puts the opponent to sleep. Sweet Kiss confuses.

dont use psycho boost

mabey bolt beam ad calm mind

dont know if it can bolt beam and calm mind but if it can go w/ that
