Superpower > Sky Uppercut. You'll probably need to switch out anyway with a Choice Scarf, so go for the more powerful attack.

Evolve Quilava into Typhlosion and use Eruption > Will-O-Wisp and Focus Blast > Swift.

Use EQ over Toxic on Magmar. Also, evolve it into Magmortar.
