Well, you'll need to rebreed for natures...

I don't know where the Choice Band is located in FRLG, but in Emerald, it's in the Battle Frontier.

Double-Edge isn't that great without the Rock Head ability... Besides, that Aerodactyl is horrible, and you'll need to rebreed it.

Fine then... Aerial Ace or Substitute over Thunder Wave on Tyranitar.

Well, that completely defeats the purpose of asking for a team rate, as you're cutting yourself off from various suggestions that I gave and other people will give...

How do you get DD onto a Tyranitar?

O..k,I have to breed four other pokemon to breed with Tyranitar...
It goes all the way back to Gyarados...
It'll take me a while but I will try.

You're playing Fire Red and don't know? The island that has the Unown and that Lucky Dance man is full of high exp trainers, and one of them has a Chansey.
