Hey, what do you know? Both of of the pokes I suggested to you are on the list Again, I'd say Milotic, it has strong defense/sp. defense, and learns good attacks early.

Doesn't Starmie have more moves than Milotic?Starmie can learn electric attacks and milotic can't
