Nothing can even get close to suicune

no spd evs on bliss, 212 hp / 252 def / 44 sdef

starmie needs rapid spin

movesets are fine for the most part though

Thunder Bolt over Recover, you won't be using recover alot, unless you enjoy being a douche and trying to 1 on 1 with bliss

Used as a defensive wall. Can also be a good special sweeper with a few calm minds under its belt. It can also be used as a phazer, which this team lacks. Thus the set below will encorporate a phaze move.
