I won't rate this, even though I love this. PM me when you change it to correct format. Check the rules, buddy.

But, Electivire looks horrible. 3 punches and earthquake? :(

^like he said its not in the proper format.
Ferrothorn is best when using it as a wall because of its high defenses. I would recommend this:
Ferrothorn @ Rocky hlemet (if you want to give your pokemon items)
Ability: iron barbs
Nature: Careful
EVs: Def and SpD
-Thunder Wave
-Stealth rock (egg move)
-Leech Seed (egg move)
-Iron Head
I am using this in my battle subway team. Thunder wave paralyzes the opponent making them slower and may not allow them to attack. Stealth rock is more effective than spikes because steath rock effects all types but spikes doesnt effect flying types. leech seed helps recover HP after every turn. Iron Head has more PP than Gyro Ball and deals good damage with STAB. Rocky helmet inflicts damage when attacked physically just like your ability does.
if you want to keep a sassy nature one than i would suggest this:
Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron barbs
Nature: sassy
EVs: Def and SpD
-Toxic
-Leech seed (egg move)
-curse
-Gyro Ball
Toxic poisons the opponent and gets stronger after every turn. leech seed again helps recover HP. curse lowers your speed and ups your attack and dfense making you harder to kill and your gyro ball more deadly. Rocky helmet does same thing as the first one.
For Mienshao I would suggest this:
Mienshao @ Muscle Band
Ability: Regenrator
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: Att and Spe
-Fake Out
-Drain Punch
-Brick Break
-U-Turn
Fake out makes opponent not able to attack first turn. Drain punch has good power with STAB and muscle band and recovers your HP. Brick break breaks reflect and light screen and is good with STAB and muscle band. U-Turn allows you to attack and switch pokemon. With the generator ability you can recover HP when you switch out.

Evidently you still have a Bagon or Shelgon: once it's Salamence, it has Intimidate, not Rock Head.

You need to decide what sort of Salamence you want to use. Your EV spread indicates a bulky set. In which case, I think it's best to run some Speed EVs, though I'm not sure how much. Bulky Salamence should have Roost, only available from TM in 4th Gen.

If, on the other hand, you want a physical sweeping Salamence, that's best with EVs in Attack and Speed.

Other options are a Mixmence, with EVs in Atk, SpA, and Spe (usually 252 in Spe) and obviously not Adamant, and a special attacking Salamence, also not Adamant.

Movewise, Outrage or Dragon Claw are good options. The former can only be had from PtHGSS move tutor; the latter is entirely acceptable. Aerial Ace is not a good option, it may be STAB but it's a weak move. Rock Slide is unorthodox, but I suppose it may be useful, as might Stone Edge.

Unless you are using a Choice Band or Scarf, physical Salamence really wants Dragon Dance. The one turn spent using it will pay dividends.

On mixed and special Salamence, Draco Meteor is the key move. Fire Blast is also a useful move. Hydro Pump is unorthodox but can be good too.
