A DRUM, A DRUM!...
Typhlosion@Chocie Scarf
Modest
-Eruption
-Flamethrower
-Hidden Power (grass)
-Focus Blast

Deffinitely use this set because it is one of the best standard typhlosion sets. Choice scarf gives it deffinite chance of using eruption first.

Quagsire@leftovers
Adamant
-Earthquake
-Waterfall/Aqua Tail
-Ice Punch
-Headbutt

Headbutt is completeley fine on quagsire but maybe rest+chesto berry might be better.

Jolteon@Focus Sash
Timid
-Thunder Bolt
-Hidden Power (ice or grass)
-Bolt Beam/Shadow Ball
-Baton Pass/Thunder wave/Signal Beam

Use bolt beam a few times and then batton pass to boost SpA or use the other moves.

I don't know about Lugia.

Commments in bold.

The only way to get Mew is through an Event or through Ranch, and there was one for Mew for Japanese HGSS a few months back.

As for Ranch, you need to put 1000 pokemon in there and then Hayley trades you one. That's only available for Diamond and Pearl, outside of Japan, there are no Platinum/HGSS compatible versions.

Thanks for the rating and the ideas, i will try to make them all happen as soon as possible will be getting a dsi soon so if any of u could ever help with getting that scizor trade happening would be greatly appreciated. Also i'm a little confused when you wrote the new move set, you also wrote a different nature.. does this mean i should breed them to get this nature or what i'm sorry to ask but a little lost.

Custom User Title
^yes, it does mean you should rebreed for a better nature.

Spr_4h_157.png

Typhlosion@Choice Scarf
Modest / Blaze
-Eruption
-Flamethrower
-Focus Blast
-Extrasensory / Hidden Power [Grass]

Choice Scarf and Modest takes advantage of Eruption, having immense speed
and firepower means you pwn noobs. Flamethrower is used when you're low on
health; this is when Blaze is activated. Focus Blast desttoys rock types, which
pwn you otherwise. Extrasensory is a filler move but if possible, go for Hp [Grass]
for coverage against grass / ground / rock types.

Spr_4h_135.png

Jolteon@Wise Glasses
Timid / Volt Absorb
-Thunderbolt
-Signal Beam
-Shadow Ball
-Charge Beam / Hidden Power [Ice]

Pretty standard here, Thunderbolt is a strong STAB while everything else is filler.
Charge Beam can be used if you know you can 1HKO, and hope for the boost; but
Hp [Ice] is far more useful in terms of coverage.

Spr_4h_195_m.png

Quagsire@Leftovers
Careful / Water Absorb
-Recover
-Curse
-Ice Punch / Waterfall
-Earthquake

QuagTank pwns noobs with a Careful nature (+Sp.D,-Sp.A) and Curse. Recover
recovers lost health during the setup, while Ice Punch and Earthquake are strong
moves that give great coverage, the latter being STAB. Waterfall is another reliable
physical STAB that takes advantage of Curse.

Spr_4h_248.png

Tyranitar@Leftovers / Choice Band / Choice Scarf
Adamant / Sand Stream
-Rock Slide
-Crunch
-Earthquake
-Dragon Dance / Aqua Tail

Rock Slide & Crunch are reliable STABs for the great beast of the east... Earthquake
provides excellent synergy with Rock Slide, effectively giving you perfect coverage
against everyone. If you rebreed for Dragon Dance you should use Leftovers, but if
not, go with Choice Band/Scarf and Aqua Tail.

Spr_4h_212_m.png

Scizor@Leftovers / Life Orb
Adamant / Technician
-Bullet Punch
-Brick Break
-Bug Bite / Roost
-Swords Dance

Standard BP Scizor, Swords Dance to instantly double your offensive epic-ness and
Bullet Punch your way to victory. Brick Break takes care of those who resist, and Bug
Bite is a vicious secondary STAB. Life Orb can be used for a strong boost, but BB
would be replaced by roost since it has pretty weak coverage.

Spr_4h_249.png

Lugia@Wise Glasses
Modest / Bold / Pressure
-Calm Mind
-Surf / Roost / Aero Blast
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam

Known as the great wall, Lugia can sure take hits like a champ. Modest gives you more
firepower but Bold solidifies your defenses as the great gateskeeper. Calm Mind boosts
your Special Defense and Special Attack so you can blast throw in-game noobs :D
Surf is a reliable attack, but it's a bit redundent alongside Thunderbolt and Ice Beam
(which gives you perfect coverage) Aero Blast is cool to have since it's a STAB and sig
move, but Roost can be useful for saving $.

Edit:
You can obtain from Emerald...
Check here for events, maby they give out Mew sometimes.. Idk
