First time (seriously) drawing in Paint

I was bored today, so I decided to draw some Pokemon in Paint.
Since I've never tried it before, I'm happy how they turned out =)





What do you think?

I'm guessing you used the sugimori art as a referance.
Flareon's collar looks like it's only on one side. It an it's tail look a bit to spikey. And it's body looks too long.
Skitty's left ear looks a bit too small. Try and make it just a little bit bigger. Skitty's face also looks a little odd. I don't know what it is exactly. And a bit of it's neck is a bit pointed.

These are very good for your first try. My favourite has to be skitty.

These are really good. ^^ I would have used more shades of shadows and highlights, but they are just as good without that. I noticed that the shading on Skitty's tail is kind of awkward - the areas should be more curved, if you get what I mean? ^^'
It would look better if you spend more effort on the backgrounds.

Here's a tip (; Why don't you use the bezier tool? (the curve beneath the A) It makes the lines smooth and nice, much better than the pencil.

But these are really good, I love Skitty's leaft ear. :3

I'm gonna try the things you said out.
Dinaria, I tried to use the bezier tool but it was really hard *maybe I just don't really understand how to use it well*
I will make some more Pokemon if I'm bored again I think Poochyena will be the next one.

Pretty good, I especially like the Skitty. Though its right ear could be a little bigger and its tail needs a bit more colouring on it.

Oh wow, that's pretty good! I love Poochyena

Now, the right ear needs a bit of seeing to, it looks to me as if it's supposed to be on top of his head, but it doesn't seem to fit there either.
I love his expression +the way his fur is blowing(?) behind him.

good job keep trying you'll improve everytime try to set goals every time you use paint.

these are awesome... good job. i tend to only use the ovals and the curve tool for the contour lines on ms paint, the curve tool takes some getting used to, but eventually you'll become proficient at it..... something's wrong with that top right cloud on the poochyena one.

Fantastic Job for your first trys, especially how they have been shaded and coloured nicely. You've managed to draw those curved lines free handed with such accuracy too. My favorite definately has to be Flareon. ^_^
