Fissure and Sheer Cold

If these attacks successfully hit an opponent, what would the writers draw for the animé?

Fissure= pokémon just falls into the ground.

Sheer Cold= pokémon gets fozen, but is stuck in a dramatic position.

What are your ideas?

Back here. >.<
Fissure = like an Earthquake with with many rocks breaking..

Sheer Cold = the pokemon freezes and it has an icy action..

Well, fissures are basically tears in the earth, so ther'd most likely be one giant crack beneath the opponent.

Sheer Cold would just really freeze an opponent.

Well, as we've seen with Ash's Tauros using it a bunch of times, Fissure makes a huge crack in the ground as it goes, but it also sends a beam of light, chances are, the beam would just envelop the pokemon and it would faint, kinda like destiny bond did when Misdreavous used it on Ash's Glalie...

Sheer Cold, quite simple to figure out =P

Guillotine however... That had a way to be creepy, but unless I'm mistaken, one of the crabs landed it on some pokemon a while back...

Horn Drill again, could be pretty bad to animate, but would probably just have the weird lines and pokemon fly back =P

Ash's Tauros does indeed have Fissure, and its basically just Earthquake.

In the early episodes where there was a trainer with a sandshrew that had a turnament and he was trying to get 100 wins that sandshrew used fissure. It basicly touched the ground with it's finger and there was a big crack like the earth split. And ash's tauros used fissure too against a gengar but that looked like a blast sliding from the ground but the gengar avoided it so we didn't see how it looked when it hit.

I have seen all the OHKO moves in the anime except Sheer Cold

Fissure was used by Ash's Tauros, and that one kid's Sandshrew
Guillotine was used by Morrison's Gligar to OHKO Grovyle, and was also used by a kid's Pinsir
Horn Drill was used by Blaine's Rhydon against Charizard, though it missed

Sheer Cold was used by that lady's Lapras in the Grand Festival. (I forget her name at the moment...)

I'm pretty sure Ash's Lapras used me in the orange islands league.

He said something like Fissure strike or something.

Well, AJ's Sandshrew has used fissure, Sandshrew just flipped and landed on the ground, creating an earthquake. And Sheer Cold was used in a contest by Soledad, and all it did was create a blizzard that froze all of the water.

Well, Sheer Cold would freeze the opponent just like Blizzard, and Fissure would be just like Earthquake. If memory serves me, Fissure did hit.

Sheer Cold... it'd probably be some extremely cold breath attack, looking like Blizzard, which'd probably remain upon contact on the ground and stuff. Upon hitting the Pokémon, it gets covered by a thin cover of ice... which shatters, and the Pokémon's fainted.

There, it's not that bad anymore.

Solidad at the Grand Festival had her Laparas appeal with it. It was this chilling icy wind that completley froze the Surf she had previously used.

Well, we actually did see what sheer cold looked like when Solidad's Lapras used it, well at least as a contest move but ya get the idea.
