Spinner, though Spikes aren't that big of a problem anymore. Toxic screws over random Pokémon, Reflect helps my Pokémon set up, and Earthquake is just for the sake of hitting things.

Very helpful, outspeeds and KOs tons of things. Considering HP Grass, as my Team probably wouldn't handle a well-played Swampert too well.
Team synergy deficiency, IMO. The only Pokémon I designed to work with something else is Claydol. The rest are just here for random reasons and don't complement each other much, to my knowledge. So, tell me what's wrong, suggest replacements, fix my EVs, whatever.
