Flatter!!!

could someone please tell me what flatter is? as i was in the battle frontier and a nidoran was going to use it but it missed

If you use it it sharply raises your opponents special attack and confuses them(kinda like Swagger)

so i guess its not worth trying to use it then, could you please post anymore moves like this

p.s i dont like moves like this because of the stat changes

flatter doubles opponent´s SPECIAL ATTACK while confusing it.

the only attacks that makes this are flatter and swager (flatter raises S.attack and swageer attack of opponent)

swagger is better, because if it get confused, it takes double the damage than a normal confusing.
