I was wondering if he exists. I caught a thread about it on gfaqs, but no one answered it. but I was wondering if you can get it on american catridges or if it was in japan only.
A Pikachu with Fly was given away with a Japanese Event. It's never happened again. I don't know what it was given away with, might have been the first movie.
