Focus Sash

I have a question to ask that I was wondering about. The Focus Sash prevents oponents from KO'ing you if you have full HP. Can it be used to prevent Shedinja from fainting?

So that kinda gives you a warning to switch out.... but will it be better on a Shedinja or would a Lum berry, to warn against status effects be better?

I think someone said the focus items don't work on sheddy but it still doesn't help if someone uses will o wisp on you.... Lum berry however does!
Also, protect, a standard move for sheddy, let's you scout their moves.

focus sash is good for shedninja. Definately keep protect on it. you only get 2 chances with focus sash.
