I love chicken! Fried, baked, grilled, in pasta, on a sandwhich, you name it! I also love peanut butter.
Which foods would you consider healthy?
Healthy foods? Vegetables like lettuce, spinach, asparagus. Not corn or peas, though because of their starch/sugar content. Also, whole grains, whole grain starches and lean meats (something like 90/10 or less fat ration).

What's a regular dinner for you?Eh...that's a tough one. Normal dinner? 6 out of the 7 nights of the week, we make a home-cooked meal. Generally, it's a meat/main dish, a starch, and a vegetable.

I generally try to not consume too much sodium in a day. I do splurge on some things, but I'll eat things that have less sodium for my other meals. I try to not have too much sodium because I believe that eating too much sodium (and sugar, but to a lesser extent) give me joint pain. I think I may have some kind of arthritis, which is odd considering my age. I once cut peanut butter for about 5 weeks because I thought what I had was gout. But eating peanut products and proteinous foods didn't set it off so...there went that idea!
I don't eat enough vegetables. but then again, I don't eat a lot of food.
