Border Colour: (Optional) none or anything that looks good is fine
Size: (If not told, its 400 x 200) 400 x 200 is fine if it doesn't cut off the pic, any size works (this is for a serebii signature)
Pop-out? the text can pop out if you'd like but I don't mind either way
Would you like some cookies with that?: (Anything Else?) Cookies would be lovely. This is supposed to just be a pure fun/crazy banner featuring Nicki Minaj. Thanks a ton ^_^
