(basically a physical sweeper that can beat most types is what im shooting for, have lots of other options with him)

Nidoking(2)
I noticed that with the right nature nidoking can get a sp. attk of 295, so i made (or tried to make) a set catoring to sp. attk.
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Water Pulse/ Flamethrower/???

Nidoking(3)
-Sandstorm
-Toxic
(something like the second lapras' set, help me out)

Nido and Kanga work nicely with Choice Band, though you can't get that in FR.

No, the recovery from Dream Eater isn't worth it and if your opponent isn't sleeping, then you're stuck with one useless move. Also, people in competitive battles will switch out and/or enforce Sleep Clause.
