These are what I think are the most ideal suggestions in this situtation. But you decide what you want. Yes, this does involve breeding, but...

Blastoise @ Leftovers
Relaxed (+Def, -Spd) / Sassy (+SDef, -Spd)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Counter
- Rest

Basic UU physical wall. Surf for STAB, IB for extra type coverage and common physical move-using Flying-type stuff. Counter to send back other physical attacks, and Rest because walls/tanks need some from of recovery.

Nidoqueen just can't run on Naughty.

Hitmochan @ Leftovers
Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk) / Careful (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Bulk Up
- Sky Uppercut
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake

Self-explanatory. Bulk Up and run.

Flareon @ Lefties / Choice Band
Brave (+Atk, -Spd) / Lonely (+Atk, -Def)
- Curse / Quick Attack
- Return
- Shadow Ball
- Fire Blast / Overheat

Two options: Curse w/ lefties and FB or Choice Band w/QA and Overheat since you'll be switching anyways.

I didn't rate anything I thought was okay.
