FR VS. XD team rate

I am challenging my friend's XD game to a level 70 and below battle with my FR. His team is:

Lugia
Salamence
Espeon
Sharpedo
Elecatabuzz/Magamar/Megainium
Snorlax/Magneton

And mine:

Gengar (Hasty)[Thunder, Sludge Bomb, Psychic, Shadow Ball]
Dragonite (Serious) [Body Slam, Wing Attack, Dragon Claw, Brick Break]
Steelix (Careful) [Double-Edge, EQ, Dragonbreath, Iron Tail]
Kabutops (Hardy) [Surf, Ancientpower, Slash, Rock Slide]
Feraligatr (Brave) [Surf, Brick Break, Dragon Claw, Bite]
Houndoom (Bashful) [Flamethrower, Crunch, Roar, Protect]

As you can see, I am pretty bad at movesets. I know Kabutops needs to lose Ancientpower for something, and Ferligatr needs a completly new moveset. Houndoom needs something else in those last 2 slots. So please help me out. Any suggestions for Pokemon replacements can be made too. I DO have all 5 3rd gen GBA games.

Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Rest
- Roar

Kabutops @ Leftovers
Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)

These are the ideal sets, but I've noticed that you have no real BoltBeam resistance, get owned by anything packing Earthquake/Rock Slide, and that your team is basically Rock Slide/Earthquake/[Atk boosting move].

I see. I like Firewater's Gengar and Houndoom sets. And Nine Thou's first 'tops moveset. What's a good replacement for Feraligatr? I don't need two water types.....

As you can see, Feraligatr isn't playing the role as water type here. Keep it.

About time he got banned.

As FM said, Gatr is playing the role of Physical Sweeper, not Bulky water. so an extra Water type as a Tank (like Suicune or Swampert) would be good.

I know, but that's STILL another pokemon with a water type, which I want to get rid of. I MIGHT use Megainium. I need a moveset for that, too. It's pretty bad right now.
