Wow these are really good I love the Flygon/Butterfree it is sooooo cute and I looks awesome and Puchirisu is adorable but the Trapinch/Caterpie scares me it's just creepy. Are you going to make a Bulbasaur/Dratini one to finish off that evo-line?

Caterpie/Trapinch line: The first one looks like it needs a hug. But it doesn't look like it favors Caterpie much. Kinda more like a Trapinch with a tail. Perhaps you could add Caterpie's horn... thing? XD Can't blame ya for the second evo since you really can't do much with Metapod. Though it looks like a banana~
Puchirissu: Cuteee.
Random trainers: Great. Really nothing to say since I don't do trainers much. I -love- the second one btw. XDD Her eyes are kind of hard to see though.
Dragonite/Flygon: The tail is funky. Dunno how to explain it but you might see what I mean.
Dragonair/Ivysaur line: I <3 these. Creative, yse.
Sandslash/Swellow: Very good. It might be me, but you managed to pull it off and not make it look too much like Swellow.

@ Celeste: Eventually yes, but I am yet to find a decent Dratini base, since I hate R/s/e/fr/lg/r/b/y xDD.

@ Shari-chan: YES~ The tail is funkier than the 70's. XDD. Caterpies horn thing would make it look really wierrd/bad. I tried it xD Her eyes are hard to see, but I couldnt fix the eye position without making her look crosseyed (And that's not good.)

Anyway, the Manyula is good, but why are the front claws dithered, and the back claws not?
