friend area's how get them?

You can buy most of them at the Wigglytuff Club. You buy the first set before you beat the game. Then the second set after you beat it. Then you get the rest by recruiting the legendaries.

Legendary Island-recruit either Zapdos Articuno or Moltres
Deepsea Current=recruit Lugia
Enclosed Island-recruit Deoxys
Seafloor Cave-recruit Kyogre
Stratos Lookout-recruit Rayquaza
Volcanic Pit-recruit Groudon

Here we go.
Now the first set of areas will be availible before you beat Rayquaza. But if you choose not to buy them before then they will be availible with the second set after you beat Rayquaza. And the others you have to defeat and recruit the legendaries to get access to them. Is that better?

1st lot of Friend Areas before Rayquaza then another group become accesible after Rayquaza. 4 Special Friend Areas can only be gotten by completing missions and the last few are obtained by befriending certain Legendaries.
1) You don't HAVE to buy friend areas. It's a good idea as it helps to obtain strong (Or weak lol) Pokemon for your team. Also certain parts of the game are only accesible by befriending Pokemon.
2) You don't have to buy set 1 before Rayquaza as in all of those Friend Areas from Set 1 you didn't buy will stay after Rayquaza and you'll get Set 2.
3) Not all Legends give friend areas, only a few and the other 4 Special Friend Areas from the rare missions can be obtained through wondermail codes to speed it up.

Friend Area Walkthrough
Friend Areas can be bought from the Wigglytuff Club:
When you go there for the first time, you will see a list of different Friend Areas. Those are what others name as Set 1.
After you defeat Rayquaza, the Wigglytuff Club will upgrade its list. In addition to the Set 1, there will a lot more new Friend Areas. The new ones are called Set 2.
If you didn't buy some of the Set 1 Friend Areas before defeating Rayquaza, then they are still avaliable after deafeating Rayquaza. Set 1 and Set 2 will be togeather there just for you to buy.
Then there are a few Friend Areas which can't be gotton from Wigglytuff Club.
As Mikau rightly said, the following list of Friend Areas, will automatically appear when you befriend that Legendary. Thus, these are the only Pokémons where you don't need to worry if you have thier Firend Area or not, since they only be gotton after befriending them anyway.
For all other legendries you need to buy thier Friend Area inorder for them to join you. They can be gotton in Wigglytuff Club.
Then there some firend areas that only be gotton doing the following missions. These passwords must be entered in the wondermail option found in the first menu when you start turn the game on.

It's only obtainable during the main story, after you beat Articuno you automatically befriend an Absol. If you beat Mt. Freeze and keep Absol alive throughthat dungeon then you'll get his friend area automatically.
