Updating... So somehow I lost like 47 safari zones. I switched my game to another 3DS for 5 minutes to unlock a friend's 3rd Pokémon and when I put my game back in my 3DS apparently everyone that either deleted me from their 3DS or has not logged on to wi-fi in awhile was reset to just their 2 standard Pokémon, so unless they ever get back online I lost all their 3rd Pokémon and Hidden Abilities.

I have done this numerous times before to allow friends to get the Ditto from my daughter's 3DS since she has not beat the game yet and this has never happened before.
