EDIT: Trying to figure out if I'm just being a hotheaded that needs to apologize, or not.

EDIT: I confirm, Philovesducks has indeed Chansey. I jumped to conclusion too quickly when I didn't have access to the third slot pokemon in her safari, and wrongfully accused her/him. I'm sorry, Philovesducks.

Protip: The third slot pokemon is only unlocked after beating the E4, but you may only access other people's friend safari's third pokemon (and by extension the HA for all the three pokemons) only after being online with said partner at the same time. Don't make the same mistake I did.
