Friendship Pokemon

What's the lowest level you've ever had a friendship Pokemon evolve? Some of the Pokemon on R/S/E that evolve with taming/friendship are:

Igglybuff ---> Jigglybuff
Azurill ---> Marill
Pichu ---> Pikachu
Golbat ---> Crobat
*Togepi ---> Togetic
*From other games, but I think they can be traded onto Emerald.

There are more, just can't be bother to find them right now :/

Mine are:

Golbat to Crobat: level 23 on Emerald, level 29 on Ruby.
Togepi to Togetic: level 6 (travlled around with me all through Jhoto, after Pokemon League I levelled it up once and boom! it evolved!)

So what are yours?

EDIT: Main post edited. I couldn't remember which level my Wynaut evolved, so I put down level 19 because that's it's current level now as Wobbufet. I haven;t played 2nd Gen. for ages, so I wasn't sure if Magby and Smoochum evolved by happiness...

Smoochum, Magby, and Wynaut don't evolve by happiness. And why isn't Chansey and Cleffa on the list?

Anyway:

My Golbat evolved into Crobat at Lv38 and I caught it as a Lv36 Zubat....unbelievable isn't it?!
Azurill tried to evolve at Lv32.
Pichu tried to evolve at Lv32.
Igglybuff tried to evolve at Lv32.
Togepi evolved at Lv46.
Eevee evolved into Espeon at Lv42.
Eevee evolved into Umbreon at Lv45. (It tried evolving at Lv42 as well but I had to stop it because it was trying to evolve into Espeon).
Chansey (caught at Lv25) evolved at Lv56 I think.
Chansey (egg) tried to evolve at Lv32.

My hatched Eevee tried to evolve at level six. My Golbat was caught at level 35 and evolved at 38.

I had first two Eevees, then I had lv.6 Espeon and lv.7 Umbreon (I accidentally forgot to take its Exp.Share away so it grew an extra level). One of my earlier low-level evolution Umbreons is now at lv.100 and fully trained in Sp.Defense. I have also some lv.23 Crobats.

I have multiples of Blisseys at lv.6, two lv.6 Togetics, one lv.6 Clefairy and Pikachu though you can get those at lower levels in FR/LG, and soon I'll evolve my Azurill into lv.6 Marill. I don't really care if they miss a couple of baby moves, but I always forget that Eevee is the only one of its evo stages that can learn Baton Pass by itself and later I'm so darn sorry.

Wow! There's some variety here I've had a Clefable, but never a Chansey (they always flee and I can't be bothered o.o) so I forgot to put them on the list.

my earliest was my crobat it evolved Lv.23 after it evolved from Golbat

by the way happiness has nothing to do with the evolution of Wynaut to Wobbufett

Sorry for reviving a semi-dead post (its not yet 1 month) but i evolved my chansey at lvl 6 a few weeks ago (its now lvl 33 and fully ev trained), i evolved an eevee into umbreon at lvl 6 a few days ago and im about to trade another eevee to emerald for an espeon, my togepi and cleffa also tried to evolve at lvl 6 but im too lazy to ev train them and i want cleffa to get magical leaf for variety so i just reset the game, i also have a lvl 70+ crobat in emerald and a lvl 53 in sapphire, i dont know when they evolved but i think i got them at 30-40+.

They all tried to evolve at low levels (except the crobats) because i kept them in my party while hatching eggs and going to gary's house from time to time to have daisy groom them

Where did you find that teeny level Golbat? (Zubat evolves into Golbat at lv.22.)

Instead of evolving babies into their second/final stages, I'll start the perma baby challenge. I used to have lv.100 Smoochum (doesn't have anything to do with happiness evolution, though) in Gold. Big Pichu, Togepi or Cleffa would be nice.

My level 6 Espeon. >_>; Isn't that hard. Just give it a lot of vitamins, (That'll already help with EV later) make it hold the Soothe Bell, and walk around like crazy with the mach bike.

My eevee always try to evolve at level 6.

I usually just fight one or two pokemon and BAM they thay try to evolve.

I never train Hapiness Pokemon..I just give it Soothe Bell and put it at my team. So, almost all my hapiness Pokemon evolve at lv 6, after hatching.
Oh, and my Crobat evolve at lv 23, right after evolve into Golbat.
