keep it in your party, give it a hold item, preferably soothe bell, put it in the daycare, let daisy groom it if you have FRLG, and most importantly: Battle with it! Seriously, in Gold version, I got a togepi to evolve at lvl 10 by doing that.

~Shadow Espeon~

I did it!!
Keep it on your team, Give it vitamins and battle with it a lot(stuff like that)

But remember if its PM or AM when you are trying to get those eeveelutions.

Edit: BEATEN!!!

last time i was trying to get something to max happiness (snorlax, to get its return maxed out), i just put it in my party along with magby when i was breeding, and gave it a soothe bell. every 256 steps, its happiness went up 2. so, from 70 to 255 took < 185 laps back and forth from verdanturf to 118 and back.

you can make such things as espeon or blissey evolve at level 6 by doing this.

Why do we need frustration when making a Pokemon friendly is easy?
Yeah, trouble is, though befriending a pokemon has more morality, it also takes a lot longer than leaving the pokemon to dislike you, and your friendship efforts can all be undoed if you do so much as trade the pokemon to another game. People with multiple games would probably use Frustration over Return. But if you like to stay friends with your pokemon and would prefer Return, that's great; go ahead ^_^

Just like the other members said...but don't let them faint, don't trade them, and don't give them bitter herbs that sold in Lavaridge...that'll reduce its hapiness.

Give it the Pomeg/Kelpsy/Qualot/Hondew/Grepa/Tamato Berries to raise happiness but lowers certain EVs. Works best right after hatching/catcjing and with no EVs. Emerald only. Useful on Eevee to evolve it into Espeon/Umbreon.

Dont heal your pokemon at a pokecenter, use potions to bring back HP also.

I'm pretty sure that's a myth that healing them at a center will lower happiness. Happiness levels would be alot lower if that were true.

Keep the target pokemon in your party, feed it vitamins, give it a sooth bell, let it battle and gain levels, dont let it faint. Thats the main way to make its happiness go up.

That doesn't help; see above. However, if you heal them with the healing drinks (Fresh Water, Soda Pop and Lemonade), they will like you more.

Umm give it a southbell (SP) or give it herbs JK. Walk around with it if its Ruby or sapphire get a ancro bike go to the dessert find a sand slope and attempet to bike up it you should go down get a think ruber banand streach it acroos your game boy and put something like a square looking thing under it. so if walking increasses happpyness it should evolve quickley

What you can do is like spoil it with Pokeblocks and Vitamins and always keep it in front of your party if you can. Also try your HARDEST not to let it faint. That made my Eeveelution experience worse. It'll take some time, so just be persistent.
